The room was so cozy with a hint of old-world charm. I felt like I was in a Georgian-era dream. The modern comforts were just what I needed after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the karaoke area a bit loud. But others may love the vibrant atmosphere.

The hotel's location is perfect for families, just a stone's throw away from the lovely play area where the kids can have a blast. The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain is also nearby, offering a peaceful and picturesque spot for the whole family to enjoy.

My wife says that the children's menu at the restaurant could have more diverse and healthier options.

I chose this hotel for a business forum and found it ideal for corporate needs. Training for the FOH staff, including H & S, was well provided, making it a perfect choice for accommodating companies and conferences. The three meeting venues were great for training seminars and strategy sessions, with easy access via the Circle Line or Central Line.

One service I missed for work was the lack of mobile adapters in the rooms for non-UK guests.

I had a blast exploring the museums and attractions in South Kensington, while staying at this hotel conveniently located near Bond Street, Park Lane, and Notting Hill. So much to do, so little time!

Not a fan of paying double for my stay and having to chase down refunds. Great fun!

Conveniently located next to a park, with easy access to public transportation. Air conditioning in the rooms is a plus. The breakfast is delicious, especially the full English breakfast. Housekeeping is excellent. Beds are comfortable.
